Narrowed dates for 2010

Hello Quilt Gathering Ladies!

Hopefully you recently received the email about choosing a date for The Quilt Gathering 2010 from remaining dates in July. We are hoping to include as many people as possible, so be sure to let us know which date(s) would work best for you -- prioritize the list if you like.

Remaining POSSIBLE DATES:
July 9 - 11
or
July 23 - 25
or
July 30 - August 1

A decision needs to be made on the event date(s) so we can hunt a location to accommodate our list of demands.... uhhhh, I mean accommodate the things we need like good lighting, ample outlets and authorization for food stuffs on site.
